Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Director/ Sales Manager to join our sales team. As sales team leader at Equity, your primary duties will be to develop and manage our clients’ annual and ad hoc statutory press announcement and reporting documentations and help them meet deadlines and achieve their goals. 

Your role will be vital for clients' satisfaction and loyalty. You will be an essential team member of Equity to ensure all client projects are duly delivered and project timelines are adhered to. You will have to maintain consistent communication with clients to set up performance expectations, prevent risks, solve problems and identify potentials. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement holistic strategies to build long-term relationship with clients
• Client acquisition is a must
• Co-ordinate/ liaison with internal departments and external business units to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
• Set up the performance expectations for each client and share the list with all internal departments so that meeting clients expectations are common goals of all Equity team members
• Work with other team members to share any growth prospective for potential businesses
• Sense of ownership and willing to take up responsibilities
• Results-driven mind and take pride in achieving impact on company growth
• Keep abreast of all marketing trends relevant to our industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• 5+ years of concrete experience in sales role or account strategist in financial printing industry is a must
• Understanding of digital marketing tech will be an added advantage
• Be a team player with good time management skill
• Have an outward personality and excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and positive mind-set 
• Good written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Overseas travelling, mainly to the PRC, will be required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be a creative & analytical thinker, willing to work as a team member and pay attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities and various ways to reach target customers like listed companies, financial & professional firms 
• Work closely with different internal and external business units to develop a client service strategy, execute a range of insightful and creative campaigns that support clients' business programs
• Project management duties including but not limited to coordinating/ participating in various activities of quotation preparation, typesetting, proof-reading, design, artwork and printing production under tight deadlines     
• Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients
• Brand building and promotion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience gained at marketing, PR, media or advertising agencies and/or financial printing house
• Must be an effective communicator, able to synthesize complex and diverse material into information that can engage our target customers
• Experience in servicing corporate clients & developing strategic business plans
• Energetic, well-organized and capable of keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Good written and verbal English and Putonghua
• Overseas business trips may be required
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive

• Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and good time-management
• Flexibility to work overtime to meet tight deadlines is preferred
• Willing to take shift duty
