Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer enquiries and response to their needs in a professional manner;
  • Maintain customer relationship to achieve high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Deliver timely and high-quality services to meet customer requirements and standards;
  • Work closely with internal departments to handle customer inquiries and feedbacks; and
  • Assist and handle ad-hoc assignments as required by Company


 Requirements :

  • Tertiary education or equivalent, degree holder is preferred;
  • 2-3 years' experience in account servicing/customer service or relevant experience is preferred;
  • Service-oriented with sound knowledge in customer service operation or any service related industry;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with additional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
  • Shift Duty is required.

Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Translate financial document such as IPO prospectuses, shareholders’ circulars, annual and interim reports and associated press announcements
  • Translate legal documents such as legal contracts and agreements
  • Translate any other commercial documents assigned by the Company from time to time and
  • Any other duties as delegated by Company


Requirements :

  • University graduate majoring in Translation and Interpretation or related disciplines;
  • 2 years of relevant translation experience in financial, legal or related industry is preferred
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
  • Energetic, self-disciplined and resulted-oriented team player
  • Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and good time-management
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet tight deadlines is preferred
  • Willing to take shift duty
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Translator
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
