Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer enquiries and response to their needs in a professional manner;
- Maintain customer relationship to achieve high level of customer satisfaction;
- Deliver timely and high-quality services to meet customer requirements and standards;
- Work closely with internal departments to handle customer inquiries and feedbacks; and
- Assist and handle ad-hoc assignments as required by Company
Requirements :
- Tertiary education or equivalent, degree holder is preferred;
- 2-3 years' experience in account servicing/customer service or relevant experience is preferred;
- Service-oriented with sound knowledge in customer service operation or any service related industry;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with additional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
- Shift Duty is required.

- Translate financial document such as IPO prospectuses, shareholders’ circulars, annual and interim reports and associated press announcements
- Translate legal documents such as legal contracts and agreements
- Translate any other commercial documents assigned by the Company from time to time and
- Any other duties as delegated by Company
Requirements :
- University graduate majoring in Translation and Interpretation or related disciplines;
- 2 years of relevant translation experience in financial, legal or related industry is preferred
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Energetic, self-disciplined and resulted-oriented team player
- Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and good time-management
- Flexibility to work overtime to meet tight deadlines is preferred
- Willing to take shift duty
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Translator
- Fresh graduate will also be considered

- Assist the operation of the Translation Department and analyze its workload and capacity;

- Excellent command of both written English and Chinese;

- Willing to take shift duty
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Translator.
